Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites that reflect brand guidelines.

Implement site enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Collaborate with design team to create engaging visuals and layouts.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics.

Create, manage, and deploy marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Employ A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.

Manage email marketing campaigns and build subscriber lists.

Utilize social media channels to promote content and drive traffic.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Work with external vendors and partners for technical support and resources.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Ensure compliance with web standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Highly analytical with problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.

Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.

Experience with email marketing and automation tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus.

1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
