Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting project proposals to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
