Rotational + Night Shifts

Salary:
3.6–5 LPA

Immediate Joiners Required

Responsibilities


• Manage data & reports using basic Excel


• Maintain accurate execution and tracking records


• Coordinate with Relationship Managers & Training Teams


• Handle escalations and troubleshoot effectively


• Adapt to shifting priorities and rotational schedules

Requirements


• EdTech experience preferred


• Strong verbal & written communication


• Good problem-solving & crisis-handling skills


• Attention to detail + teamwork


• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
