Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our therapeutics sales team

in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing

and executing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Requirements and Skills:

 Education:

o MBA from a recognized institution

 Experience:

o 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, with

at least 5 years in a sales leadership role

o Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in

therapeutics sales

 Skills:

o Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, Experience

with CRM software and sales analytics tools, Strong analytical and problem-

solving abilities
