Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Full Stack Observability Architect / Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure observability, and telemetry across modern enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing observability solutions using industry-leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end observability solutions across applications and infrastructure.
  • Leverage APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and DataDog to monitor application performance and user experience.
  • Utilize infrastructure monitoring platforms like Grafana, Amazon CloudWatch, and ElasticSearch for telemetry and log analytics.
  • Integrate and manage log aggregation and analysis using Splunk, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch Logs.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and SRE teams to define observability standards and KPIs.
  • Enable proactive incident detection and root cause analysis through advanced monitoring and alerting strategies.
  • Drive automation and self-healing capabilities using observability insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with APM tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring: Grafana, CloudWatch, ElasticSearch.
  • Expertise in log analytics and telemetry: Splunk, ELK Stack, CloudWatch Logs.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience in setting up dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with observability in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
