Application Observability Engineer

Minimum 2 years of Tool Exp in Datadog

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Datadog for application performance monitoring and observability.
  • Collaborate with key stack holders to ensure end-to-end visibility of applications.
  • Analyze performance metrics, logs, and traces to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  • Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to support proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and monitoring tools.
  • Ensure integration of observability tools with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Dynatrace: Implementation, configuration, dashboard creation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in working with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud environments.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of other APM tools (e.g., App Dynamic, Dynatrace, New Relic, Spunk)
  • Experience with scripting (Python, Shell) for automation
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
