We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director – Sales to drive enterprise growth across BFSI, Automobile, and Telecommunications verticals. This role is ideal for a strategic, target-driven professional with a deep understanding of enterprise communications and SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in BFSI, Automobile, and Telecommunications sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS and enterprise communication domain.
Revenue Accountability: Drive sustainable revenue growth through consistent pipeline management and conversion.
Requirements
4–5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in CPaaS, middleware, or communication platform software sales.
Strong network and connections in BFSI, Automobile, or Telecom verticals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation CTC: ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + ₹8 LPA (Variable) = ₹20 LPA Total
Variable Pay: Disbursed quarterly based on performance metrics. What We Offer
