We are seeking an experienced highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage billing operations, including generating invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing data, including verifying customer information and order details

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing transactions and customer interactions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely billing of orders

  • Identify and report any billing discrepancies or issues to the Accounts Manager

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounting role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and billing software (desired)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (desired)
