Role: Enterprise Architecture Analyst (Global Role) Purpose:
The Enterprise Architecture at Worley is growing & we need several dynamic EA professionals to fuel this growth. The EA Analyst role will work with Global EA team to anchor several key enterprise initiatives to improve architecture compliance & minimize technical debt.   Responsibilities:
  • Work with lead architects to analyze emerging technology trends & EA best practices for adoption
  • Prepare operating model & governance workflows for effective cross team collaboration
  • Develop documentation templates for variety of EA service deliveries
  • Liaison with business, IT & Digital teams across geographies for the purpose of EA service delivery
  • Own & manage key governance processes on an ongoing basis
  • Schedule and coordinate the Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings. Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure artefacts are prepared and submitted for the ARB meetings and capture and publish meeting minutes
  • Assist ongoing EA programs like EA repository tool, EA assurance, digital strategy & technology roadmap
  • Participate in EA promotional activities in order to increase awareness & adoption of EA using multiple channels.
What you will bring Technical and Industry Experience:
  • Experience on key concepts of Enterprise Architecture
  • Keen interest for learning & understanding digital technologies ecosystem
  • Strong documentation skill is a must – able to capture details highlighted & analyze the same
  • Must be comfortable to use MS Visio and PowerPoint presentations amongst other O365 products.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately analyze complex, multi-dimensional issues to identify exceptional zones & articulate them correctly
  • Experience on defining operating models & governance

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:   Required:
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or related fields with around 8+ years of experience
  • EA certification like TOGAF will be an added advantage
