About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst / Solution Developer with strong Python and Chatbot development expertise, along with excellent customer communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities


• Interact with clients to gather and analyze requirements for chatbot/AI solutions.


• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.


• Develop, customize, and deploy chatbots and conversational AI applications.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and user satisfaction.


• Provide client-facing presentations, demos, and ongoing support.


• Work with Python and AI/ML tools to design scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience


• 3–5 years of experience in solution development/business analysis.


• Proficiency in Python programming and chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage client interactions.


• Experience with API integration and deployments.

Good to Have


• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and NLP.


• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
