About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst / Solution Developer
with strong
Python and Chatbot development expertise
, along with excellent
customer communication skills
. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to
    gather and analyze requirements
    for chatbot/AI solutions.
  • Translate business needs into
    technical specifications and solutions
    .
  • Develop, customize, and deploy
    chatbots
    and conversational AI applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Provide client-facing presentations, demos, and ongoing support.
  • Work with Python and AI/ML tools to design scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in
    solution development / business analysis
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python programming
    and chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or similar).
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    ; ability to manage client interactions.
  • Experience with API integration and deployments.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of
    AI/ML concepts
    and NLP.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior experience in a combined
    BA + Developer
    role.
