Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of RM/PM.
  • Run and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) cycles to generate procurement and replenishment plans.
  • Conduct inventory analysis to optimize stock levels, minimize working capital, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of RM/PM.
  • Monitor demand vs. supply gaps and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track supplier performance and escalate risks related to material shortages or delays.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, consumption trends, and forecast accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Material Planning, MRP, and Inventory Management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others).
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
