About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented
HR Generalist
who is passionate about a people-focused role with a strong data orientation. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, flexible, and collaborative, with the ability to drive the hiring process, establish HR policies, and contribute to organizational growth.

Mandatory Skills:

Recruitment & Onboarding | HRIS / HRMS Knowledge | Employee Records Management | Payroll Coordination | Attendance & Leave Management | Policy Understanding & Execution | Employee Engagement Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support HR programs such as employee engagement, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate leadership-employee meetings, address grievances, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle HR policy, benefits, and procedure-related queries.
  • Manage employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate compensation records.
  • Organize HR events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis.
  • Manage soft services operations (front office, security, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria).
  • Coordinate executive visits including travel and accommodation arrangements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
