Job descriptionPosition: Head BaristaBudget: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month Location: JUBILEE HILLS Experience: 10–15 years preferredRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee program and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of coffee estates, bean varieties, and brewing techniques, along with hands-on expertise in latte art, drink creation, and equipment calibration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily coffee bar operations and ensure high-quality beverage standards.Train and mentor baristas in coffee preparation, presentation, and service.Calibrate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment daily.Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.Develop and innovate new drinks — including manual brews, signature coffees, shakes, cocktails, and built/shaken beverages.Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and efficient workflow at the bar counter.Coordinate with suppliers and understand sourcing of coffee beans and estates.Required Skills & KnowledgeIn-depth understanding of coffee beans, estates, and roasting profiles.Proficiency in latte art and espresso-based beverages.Expertise in manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, etc.).Strong grasp of equipment calibration and maintenance.Creativity with cocktails, shakes, and specialty drinks.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.Compensation₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.IndustryDairy Product ManufacturingEmployment TypeFull-time
