Role Summary:

The Senior Barista is responsible for advanced coffee preparation, supervising Junior & Trainee Baristas, ensuring quality control, and maintaining operational standards in the café. This role requires leadership, mentoring skills, and in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare advanced espresso, milk-based drinks, latte art, and specialty coffee consistently.
  • Train and mentor Junior & Trainee Baristas.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure adherence to café SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist Head Barista in operational planning and daily café management.
