**Job Description: Senior Barista**

**Experience: 3-6 years**

**Duration: Full Time**

**Role Summary**:
The Senior Barista is responsible for advanced coffee preparation, supervising Junior & Trainee Baristas, ensuring quality control, and maintaining operational standards in the café. This role requires leadership, mentoring skills, and in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare advanced espresso, milk-based drinks, latte art, and specialty coffee consistently.
- Train and mentor Junior & Trainee Baristas.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to café SOPs, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist Head Barista in operational planning and daily café management.
