**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team As a barista, you'll be the face of our café, delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Beverage Preparation**:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and specialty drinks.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing tools.

Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent quality.

Customize beverages per customer preferences (milk alternatives, syrups, sweeteners, etc.).

**Customer Service**:
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.

Provide knowledgeable responses about the menu, ingredients, and brewing methods.

Handle billing, process payments, and manage cash transactions.

Ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience.

**Workspace & Hygiene**:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area and storage.

Restock essential supplies like beans, milk, syrups, and utensils.

Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.

**Food Service** (if required):
Serve snacks, pastries, and simple food items.

Offer pairing suggestions and assist customers in menu selection.

**Additional Duties** (As Required):
Assist in onboarding and training new baristas.

Help manage inventory and place supply orders.

Lead shifts when assigned and ensure seamless operations.

Collect and relay customer feedback to management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude.

Strong communication skills to interact with team and guests effectively.

Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

Knowledge of espresso and manual brewing techniques (preferred).

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene protocols.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/06/2025
