About the Role

Seeking a results-driven Account Sales Manager to drive business development across industrial sectors. This is a high-growth opportunity for professionals passionate about B2B sales, client engagement, and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution- Build and execute B2B sales plans to meet/exceed targets
    • Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closure
    • Initiate contact through cold calls, field visits, and email outreach
    • Ensure on-time payment collections as per company terms
    • Present samples, generate interest, and close sales deals
  2. Client Engagement- Establish and grow long-term relationships with key clients
    • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions
  3. Marketing Initiatives- Develop targeted B2B campaigns and content in coordination with the marketing team
    • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
    • Plan and execute promotional activities for target industries
  4. Market Intelligence - Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
    • Share insights with leadership for strategic alignment
  5. Team Collaboration -Work cross-functionally with product, service, and operations teams
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
  6. Data Management - Maintain regular reporting and share daily call data, leads, and updates on internal systems

Candidate Profile

  • Must-Have:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Own a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
