Travel Requirement: Within Assigned Territory using personal two-wheeler
About the Role
Seeking a results-driven Account Sales Manager to drive business development across industrial sectors. This is a high-growth opportunity for professionals passionate about B2B sales, client engagement, and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution- Build and execute B2B sales plans to meet/exceed targets
• Manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closure
• Initiate contact through cold calls, field visits, and email outreach
• Ensure on-time payment collections as per company terms
• Present samples, generate interest, and close sales deals - Client Engagement- Establish and grow long-term relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions - Marketing Initiatives- Develop targeted B2B campaigns and content in coordination with the marketing team
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Plan and execute promotional activities for target industries - Market Intelligence - Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Share insights with leadership for strategic alignment - Team Collaboration -Work cross-functionally with product, service, and operations teams
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support - Data Management - Maintain regular reporting and share daily call data, leads, and updates on internal systems
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Own a valid driving license and personal two-wheeler
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
Compensation and Benefit
- Fixed CTC (based on experience)
- Conveyance reimbursed as per actuals
