About the Role
:

We are seeking an organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of content creation and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate the work of our internal team of content writers and editors, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and in line with with our client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Plan, execute, and manage content and quality projects from initiation to delivery under the supervision of senior management.
  • Coordinate with content writers and editors to ensure seamless workflow as per client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Identify and resolve any process bottlenecks or issues during project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to client standards and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
:

  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in content, digital, or marketing projects).
  • Dynamic and energetic Freshers to apply too.
  • A sound understanding of content writing processes and quality checking methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Experience in a digital content agency or publishing environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content standards and trends.
