Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical/managerial rounds
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to meet hiring timelines
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics

Plus Point (Preferred):

  • Prior hiring experience in the Financial Services / BFSI sector
  • Exposure to sales, operations, credit, and back-office hiring
  • Experience in corporate hiring setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,914.25 per month
