Description: We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thane location with INVOICEMART A.Treds.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers.Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.To know more about the organization please visit our website www.invoicemart.com.About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for mid, senior, and leadership-level roles, primarily in sales, IT functions.Key Responsibilities: - Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to leadership roles in sales, IT ensuring alignment with business goals.- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social platforms, job portals, and internal databases.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, particularly in banking, fintech, and NBFC sectors.Key Requirements: - Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in sales hiring at mid/senior/leadership levels.- Strong exposure to recruitment in banking (corporate setups), fintech, or NBFC domains.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.Please share your resume with us.
