Join us and take us to the next level About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Creative Designer with a focus on performance to drive our marketing initiatives across various platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and App Stores (ASO).

Your role will involve merging design thinking with growth strategies, utilizing AI tools and analytics to craft ad creatives (static & video) that not only convert but also grab attention in competitive digital landscapes. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Ad Creatives:

  • Develop static banners, short-form videos, carousels, and GIFs customized for paid campaigns on Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

ASO Design:

  • Produce engaging app screenshots, icons, preview videos, and feature graphics for the App Store and Play Store.

Conduct A/B testing on visual elements to enhance Conversion Rate (CVR). AI-First Design Workflow:

  • Utilize AI design tools such as RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Canva AI to accelerate experimentation and iterate efficiently.

Creative Testing & Iteration:

  • Collaborate with performance marketers to brainstorm, test, and optimize creatives based on Click-Through Rate (CTR), CVR, and engagement metrics.

Develop multiple versions for each campaign. Brand x Performance:

  • Ensure that performance creatives reflect the brand's identity while being visually appealing and optimized for conversions.

Creative Ops & Automation:

  • Construct modular templates to streamline the creation of creatives across different languages, regions, and formats.

Requirements-2–5 years of design experience in growth marketing or digital-first brands (D2C, B2C apps, fintech, edtech, or e-commerce preferred)-Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Canva, and motion graphics tools-Experience with video editing for reels/shorts and app promo videos-Understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPI, CTR, CVR)-Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and design best practices for App Store & Play Store-Comfort with AI tools to automate or enhance creative generation-Obsessed with new trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and ads that win
