RunnTV is seeking a
Creative Designer
who thrives at the intersection of imagination and execution. This role demands a versatile designer with a strong command of both
static and motion design
, capable of independently crafting compelling visuals, videos, and branded content. If you're brimming with ideas, can translate creative direction into polished assets, and are fluent in design tools, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design original visual assets, including banners, posters, thumbnails, and social media creatives.
  • Develop motion graphics and video content for platform promotions, marketing campaigns, and in-app use.
  • Translate creative briefs into strong design outputs that resonate with diverse African audiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across platforms and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic and motion design (preferably in media, entertainment, or digital platforms).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of
    static and motion graphic work
    (include links in application).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and own creative output from concept to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools will be an added advantage.
