We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive client relationships and lead campaigns from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of advertising campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL platforms.
  • Strategy & Planning: Understand client business objectives and develop communication strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, design, production) to align on project requirements.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services to existing clients and support new business pitches.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with advertising trends, digital innovations, and competitor activity to guide clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of proven experience in advertising/branding/digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, ATL/BTL activations, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent client servicing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A problem-solver with leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
