Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary: Basic 15,000 SAR – 20,000 SAR + Perks

Job Description:

We are looking for a senior accounts manager with experience in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include; establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting. verifying and reporting information; to work closely with our financial management team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting subject.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant

Required Skills:

  • Experience in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

Scope of work:

  • Preparation and presentation of financial statement as per IFRS requirements.
  • Coordinate and complete quarterly, half yearly and annual external audits on time.
  • Timely month end and year end book closure.
  • Handling internal audit observations and ensuring remediation of observations raised.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including requirement of CMA regulations and Companies law.
  • Familiarity with the compliance requirements and best practices needs to be followed by a listed company.
  • Good business acumen and excellent communication skills required for interaction with the Board, audit committees, shareholders and external investors and analysts.
  • Monthly divisions result reporting.
  • Preparing business case scenario and evaluation of any new business opportunity.
  • Operational review of business divisions and recommendations for the required improvement.
  • Budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
  • Treasury management and cash flow planning and Forecasting.
  • P&L and balance sheet variance analysis and recommendations and actions required basis the analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce management required financial reports.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Provide recommendations, Improve systems and procedures.
  • Managing the team with proper guidance and supervision.
  • Review of business contracts and provide recommendations.
  • Evaluation of customer credit worthiness.
  • Review of joint venture financial statements.
