Roles and Responsibility

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
  • Manage and optimize email lists for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and executing email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
