Roles & Responsibility-

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, order processing and party follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team regarding product inquiries, quotations and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Monitor sales orders, stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams for timely deliveries.
  • Support the sales team in preparing contracts, agreements and proposals.
  • Handle sales complaints or queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Schedule sales meetings, sales appointments and assist in organizing sales events or promotional activities.
  • Maintain effective communication between sales, finance, warehouse and other departments.
