Job Description
Sales Execution:
- Achieve sales targets for Lithium-Ion batteries and inverters.
- Prospect and approach new customers (dealers, distributors, retailers).
- Present and promote company products to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain business relations.
- Market Development:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports with insights on market conditions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Office for product promotions and campaigns.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and meetings.
- Collaboration with Team:
- Work with the Sales Executive to strategize and implement sales plans.
- Support the team in executing sales initiatives and campaigns.
Requirement
- Qualifications: Graduate,
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the inverter/battery industry, consumer electronics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
