Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BTL/experiential marketing domain.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Develop tailored brand experience solutions (events, activations, promotions, experiential marketing) to meet client objectives.
• Work closely with internal creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
• Achieve revenue targets through effective account management and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the BTL space.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights that add value to their brand campaigns.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong background in business development, sales, or client servicing within advertising, events, or BTL industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking with a creative problem-solving approach.
