Experience
- 12+ month experience in BPO / call center process preferably into Customer Care process or Collection Process
Language proficiency
- Extremely Proficient in reading, writing & speaking Kannada & Telugu
- English or Hindi as a secondary mode of communication
- Any other language will be added advantage.
- Ability to read and write in the above languages.
Skill Sets
- Confident ability to address customers issues and handle difficult situation.
- Display understanding of customer service process and debt collection terminologies.
- Objection handling and negotiation skills.
