Position summary statement

Expand the India legal team to manage business growth, mitigate legal risks, and support Distributor events.

Key responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, and implement contracts meticulously to support cross-functional teams such as GSS, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.
  • Ensure adherence to the contract administration policy, maintaining flawless documentation and compliance.
  • Provide legal advice and review critical documents for Distributor events, including event presentations, marketing collaterals, and claims documents.
  • Collaborate strictly with various departments to mitigate risks through well-articulated agreements.
  • Determine and implement legal strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
Minimum qualifications

Education:

  • B.A. LLB
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification work experience in a legal role.
Skills:
  • In-depth working knowledge of contract laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated great teammate who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Organizational relationships

The Sr. Officer, Legal - India will work closely with senior management and various cross-functional teams to ensure the legal integrity of all business operations and events.
