Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SERVICENOW SAM professional with over 8 years of experience, based in Chennai. The SAM professional will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Software Asset Management using the ServiceNow platform. Tasks include configuring and implementing SAM processes, ensuring compliance, managing software license entitlements, and optimizing software usage across the organization. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to identify and resolve issues, provide training, and ensure the effectiveness of SAM tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in ServiceNow, specifically in Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Strong understanding of software licensing and compliance
  • Experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAM processes
  • Ability to manage and reconcile software licenses and entitlements
  • Skills in identifying and resolving issues related to software usage and optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or SAM are a plus
