Business Development Associate

Sales and Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through persuasive pitches.
- Generate leads and close sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Product and Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
- Use sales scripts effectively and adapt as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for building rapport and conveying information effectively.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and persuasion to close deals.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM software, telecommunications equipment, and common office applications is often required.
- Other: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are beneficial.
