Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Trainer
to deliver high-quality training sessions for learners at various levels. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training modules on different SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively transfer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver online training sessions on
    SAP SuccessFactors modules
    to students, professionals, or corporate clients.
  • Develop and customize training materials, lesson plans, and exercises to meet learner requirements.
  • Provide real-time use cases, project scenarios, and practical demonstrations to enhance learner understanding.
  • Assess and evaluate learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, tools, and best practices.
  • Offer guidance and support to learners during and after training for career or project-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the training coordination team to structure schedules, manage batches, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in
    SAP SuccessFactors
    implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more modules such as
    Employee Central, PMGM, RCM, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation, Succession Planning, or Workforce Analytics
    .
  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver engaging sessions.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
