Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable 
FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Online Trainer
 to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and practical online training sessions on FEA concepts, tools, and applications. The trainer should have strong expertise in FEA software (such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, or similar) and a passion for teaching engineering professionals and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive online training programs on FEA concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide learners in solving real-world engineering problems using FEA.
  • Create training materials, case studies, assignments, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA tools and techniques to ensure relevant and industry-standard training.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and feedback to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Customize training content based on learners' backgrounds and industry requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong practical knowledge and working experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, or others).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of industry or academic experience in Finite Element Analysis.
  • Previous experience in online or classroom training is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with advanced simulations (non-linear analysis, dynamic analysis, thermal analysis, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CAD integration with FEA tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting/automation in FEA tools (Python, APDL, etc.).
