Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 6 years experienced candidates in durability analysis with specific experience related to chassis components (suspension).
  • Willing to work in client location in Chennai.
  • Preprocessing knowledge in Hypermesh with solver knowledge in Optistruct.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high fidelity finite element models of chassis components and systems
  • Ability to perform work with high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Able to create analysis report with good understanding of results interpretation
  • Carrying out simulations for full vehicle assembly, sub assembly and component level using tools like Altair Hyperworks, Optistruct & Radioss
  • Validation of the simulations with testing
  • Suggesting design modifications based on simulations and optimization results
