  • System Management:Configure, implement, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including Position Management, Time-Off, and Benefits.
  • Business Analysis:Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implementation & Support:Lead or participate in full-life-cycle implementations, from initial planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with HR and IT teams, project sponsors, and clients to understand business needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement:Develop and maintain best-practice approaches for business processes within the Employee Central platform.
  • Workflow & Permissions:Manage user permissions, design and implement workflows based on dynamic roles and rules, and ensure proper workflow routing.
  • Reporting:Develop and manage reports to provide insights into HR data and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification:Often a mandatory requirement for consultant roles.
  • Implementation Experience:Proven experience in full-cycle EC implementations and managing system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of EC configurations, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
  • Business Acumen:Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Consulting Skills:Strong client-handling, consulting, and problem-solving skills, especially for consultant roles.
  • Integration Knowledge:Familiarity with integrating Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
