Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled US IT Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and sourcing, with a deep understanding of the US job market. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking to identify potential candidates, Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Technical Recruitment: Experience in technical recruitment and understanding of IT terminologies. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for both candidates and clients. US Visas: Familiarity with H-1B, GC, EAD and other US work visas.
Tax Terms: Understanding of W-2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp tax terms. Collaborate with Clients: Understand the specific IT staffing requirements of clients and develop effective sourcing strategies. Database Management: Maintain a database of qualified IT professionals and keep it updated.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and the US job market to provide strategic insights to clients
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US job market and IT industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
