  • Plan, implement, and monitor CSR projects across assigned locations (Devihalli to Hassan Road Sector belt).
  • Coordinate with local communities, vendors, contractors, and government officials for smooth project execution.
  • Manage end-to-end project operations — from resource planning, procurement, and vendor shortlisting to on-ground implementation and reporting.
  • Supervise field work and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Head Office and provide project updates, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure all project activities (e.g., toilet construction, menstrual health sessions, plantation drives) are executed as per organizational guidelines.
  • Identify challenges on the ground and propose effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
  • Support awareness, volunteer, and community engagement activities where required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in CSR, NGO, or community development roles.
  • Prior field experience in sanitation, health, or environmental projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with field travel across the Devihalli to Hassan Road Sector belt.
  • Fluency in Kannada, English preferred; basic English communication required.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
