We need a reliable, well-organised Travel Executive to handle day-to-day operations and craft tours for our clients. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing new products, making itineraries and ensuring efficient execution.
We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a probationary period.
Role Description:
- Responsible for tour planning, management, and meeting clients
- Creating customized itineraries tailored to client needs
- Preparing quotations for tours and related services
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinating and managing guided tours to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrates potential for creating detailed travel itineraries
- In-depth knowledge of local attractions and tourism products in Madurai and surroundings
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools, including excellent Excel skills
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and manage pricing details
- Fluency in multiple languages & Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management will be considered a plus.
Time Commitment
Full-time, On-Site in Madurai, 5 days a week.
