Job Summary:

Paytm is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting Paytm's products and services, onboarding new merchants, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets, shops, and small businesses to onboard merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC, and other products.

Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers and merchants.

Ensure proper documentation and KYC completion.

Maintain relationships with existing merchants and resolve any service-related issues.

Achieve daily and monthly sales and activation targets.

Provide market feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Age Limit: 18–35 years.

Must Have:

Android smartphone

Two-wheeler (preferred, not mandatory)

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of smartphones and digital payments

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
