Job Summary:

Paytm, India's leading fintech company, is hiring Field Executives who are energetic, self-driven, and passionate about digital payments. The role involves promoting Paytm products, onboarding merchants, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit local markets, shops, and small businesses to onboard merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC, and other payment solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers and merchants.
  • Complete KYC documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and resolve service-related queries.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales and activation targets.
  • Collect market insights and provide feedback to improve services and strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Age Limit: 18–35 years

Must Have:

  • Android smartphone
  • Two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory)

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payments
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
