Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer service. They will build strong client relationships, develop and execute account management strategies, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to drive success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service minimum of 3 years in technology sales
- Proven skills in Account Management and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
- Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
