Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Craft
• Personally write sharp headlines, persuasive long-form, and scroll-stopping social copy—with grammar so flawless it disappears.
Creative Leadership
• Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary squad of copywriters, designers, and editors producing high-impact assets for the U.S. and other global markets.
Concept Development
• Originate campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that stop thumbs, drive revenue, and elevate Ayurveda on the world stage.
AI-Enhanced Workflows
• Deploy generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights while safeguarding strategic thinking, brand voice, and originality.
Data-Driven Iteration
• Translate performance metrics into creative refinements; coach the team to test, learn, and optimize relentlessly.
• Cross-Functional Harmony
• Partner with Growth, Product, and Brand teams across time zones to deliver cohesive, high-converting experiences
Talent Sourcing
• Identify and manage external freelancers or studios when specialized skills are required.
What Makes You a Fit
• At least 5 years in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing and 3 years guiding creative teams.
• A portfolio that marries brand storytelling with measurable performance results—please include links.
• Native-level command of English and an editorial eye that catches the tiniest typo.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Grammarly) into creative processes without sacrificing human nuance.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC ecommerce is a plus—but brilliance in any consumer category counts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience.
