About the Role:

We are seeking a
dynamic and detail-oriented professional
to join our Finance team as a
Sr. Executive / Executive – Logistics Finance
. The incumbent will be responsible for
end-to-end logistics finance operations
, covering C&F, warehouse, transportation, and courier functions — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Finance Management

  • Handle complete financial operations related to
    C&F, warehouse, transportation, and courier
    activities.
  • Validate and process
    invoices, agreements, and rate approvals
    in a timely manner.

Vendor & Payment Management

  • Maintain and update
    vendor master data
    in SAP.
  • Create
    Purchase Orders (POs)
    and manage
    invoice validation
    and
    payment processing
    as per defined terms.
  • Issue
    payment advice
    to vendors and address payment-related queries.

Financial Reporting & Controls

  • Perform
    reconciliations
    and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
  • Prepare
    monthly, quarterly, and yearly provisions, MIS reports, and closures
    .
  • Support
    Budget vs. Actual
    analysis and variance reporting.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with
    GST/TDS
    and other applicable statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in
    SAP
    and
    MS Excel
    .
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with sound financial and process understanding.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
