SKYHI Global Travels Pvt. Ltd., a leader in the Indian travel industry, is seeking a seasoned and meticulous Manager for MICE Domestic Operations to join our corporate travel division in Delhi. We are looking for an experienced leader with 10-20 years of hands-on experience in the end-to-end operational management of high-stakes domestic and international MICE. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, an expert coordinator with global partners, a sharp negotiator, and an inspiring team leader who thrives on flawless execution. You will be the operational architect responsible for transforming complex client requirements into perfectly delivered realities, managing everything from global vendor negotiations to on-site crisis management. The ideal candidates with an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of contracting and ground support operation in the travel and leisure space.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Outbound/Domestic M.I.C.E
  • Should have a strong network in travel industry (ex-vendors,hoteliers,transporters etc)
  • Group Handling and have Escorted Group.
  • Sales & Operation through sharing relevant ideas in terms of M.I.C.E destination & logistics feasibility
  • Sharing the ideas of travel to specific needs, for e.g., M.I.C.E, Leisure & Business.
  • Preparing tailor made itineraries and presentations for pitching business to corporates.
  • Maintaining record of business in pipeline and meeting sales target.
  • Building relationship with corporates and confirming business based on relationships
  • Extended support to colleagues in reaching out to corporates and helped them get confirmed business to boost their confidence.
  • Oversee file operations of acquired business and provide impeccable customer service.
  • Built a clientele for various other travel products supported by 50% referral business.
  • Develop and suggest strategic marketing plan for business.
  • Create newer market for the company.
  • Solving problems including last minute hiccups through existing relationship in market and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of products to offer to corporates.
  • Maintaining relationship with DMCs and staying updated on products.
  • Maintaining relationship with hoteliers from different regions
  • Giving priority to quality delivery
  • Maintaining record of accounts payable/receivable from existing corporates, invoicing and sharing budget plans with corporates for their future planning.
  • Better logistics understanding by handling big group sizes varying from 50 to 1500 Passengers
  • Fulfilling the commitment keeping Turn Around Time in mind to not loose corporates confidence
  • Maintaining good relationship with colleagues in different departments to work for desired outcome.
