**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Coordination**
- Oversee end-to-end operational aspects of MICE events including site visits, logistics, flights, visas, accommodations, venues, meals, and AV/tech setups.
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and design customized event programs.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with hotels, venues, transporters, and other vendors.
- Prepare detailed event itineraries, checklists, and SOPs.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event journey.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, creative) and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

**On-Site Event Execution**
- Supervise on-site operations during events — including coordination of logistics, registration, hospitality, meals, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Ensure quality control, branding consistency, and smooth delegate handling.

**Post-Event Responsibilities**
- Prepare event closure reports, collect feedback, and manage financial reconciliation.
- Oversee invoicing, documentation, and closure of vendor payments.
- Contribute to client retention strategies and repeat business through service excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Travel, or related fields.
- **2-5 years of experience in MICE operations, preferably from the travel industry**.
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics, hotels, and destination management.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours.
- Proficient in MS Office and event planning software/tools.
