**Position**: MICE Coordinator
- Domestic

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, incentives, conferences,

and exhibitions from conception to completion.

2) Coordinate all logístical arrangements for events, including venue selection,

catering, transportation, accommodations, audiovisual equipment, and

signage.

3) Communicate wit0h clients to understand their event objectives and

requirements, and provide regular updates throughout the planning process.

4) Prepare and distribute event materials, such as agendas, itineraries, and name badges.

5) Assist with on-site event management, including set-up, registration,

attendee management, and troubleshooting.

6) Manage event budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for

improvement.

7) Stay current on industry trends and best practices in MICE management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1) Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the MICE

industry.

2) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1) Experience working with corporate clients or associations.

2) Knowledge of destination management services and local attractions

**Experience**: Minimum 4 yrs

**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Travel planning: 4 years (preferred)
- Event planning: 3 years (required)
- MICE Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)
