**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan and manage end-to-end MICE travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, venues).
Liaise with corporate clients to understand requirements and propose customized MICE packages.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other vendors to negotiate rates and ensure smooth logistics.
Prepare and present detailed itineraries, costing, and proposals to clients.
Manage event logistics on-site when required, including coordination with suppliers and ensuring client satisfaction.
Handle all documentation: bookings, invoices, contracts, and reports.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
Prior experience in handling MICE events is preferred.
Strong knowledge of international & domestic travel destinations and MICE services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and travel software (Amadeus/Galileo, etc. preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for event execution domestic.
