We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    Key Responsibilities: Assist in on-site technology deployments, including basic hardware setup and software installations Support the team in preparing equipment for deployment Help maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software Participate in user training sessions and create basic documentation Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues during deployments Contribute to the organization and management of deployment projects Shadow experienced team members during complex installations Help gather and analyze user feedback post-deployment Assist in preparing reports on deployment progress and outcomes Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements Requirements: Currently pursuing/recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong interest in technology and its practical applications Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to work at least 40-50 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or work experience in an IT-related role Familiarity with basic networking concepts Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Experience with inventory management systems Interest in project management methodologies This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in technology deployment, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world projects. The intern will develop valuable skills in technical support, project coordination, and client interaction, setting a strong foundation for a career in IT and technology management.
